Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Generating new business:You will be responsible for originating new business and closing deals at existing and prospective customers, by showcasing how Makosi can give our clients more room to grow
  • Creating lasting client partnerships: You will provide an extraordinary client experience by demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients core business challenge, needs and growth goals
  • Consulting with Partners and senior HR stakeholders:You will work daily with discerning, engaged customers at the worlds leading audit and advisory firms, delivering on thought-leading conversations and inspire trust
  • Collaborating:We believe the best work is done together! You will form strong collaborative partnerships across various departments internally in order to grow business
  • Value & Insights:You will help us identify and build best practices as well as provide thought leadership to clients and team members


  • at least 5 years experience selling enterprise professional services in a consultative, consensus driven sales cycle
  • Successfully closed six figures plus deals
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • High-impact communicator with the ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Selling to C-suite, Partners and HR stakeholders at Professional Services firms, or direct into audit (preferable)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with excellent design thinking skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to build what is not there, innovate and roll it out across the business
