We're excited to introduce Eddy, the newest member of our team - and he just happens to be AI.
Eddy is the industry's first specalized AI agent designed exclusively for Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, and he's changing the way we approach audit quality, efficiency, and scale.
Eddy is already hard at work inside Makosi's EBP Center of Excellence, supporting our consultants and refining his capabilities. Soon, he'll be available to directly join your team too.
Eddy plays three powerful roles:
COACH:
Onboards new team members, answers EBP-related questions, and supports ongoing development. Especially helpful for those new to EBP auditing.
COPILOT:
Works alongside our auditors in real-time, offering contextual support such as help with working paper preparation, highlighting exceptions, validating completeness, drafting follow-up emails and sampling assistance.
CREATE:
Builds efficiencies by assisting with data standardization, performing routing testing, and completing first-pass reviews of workpapers.
