She has advised Fortune 500 and mid-market firms on fiduciary compliance, SEC 11-K filings, governance, and M&A strategy. As Chair of the firm's 401K Committee, she oversaw national compliance efforts. Recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising, Donna now also serves on Makosi's Advisory Board, where she helps guide innovation in audit service delivery, risk, and workforce strategy.

With his varied industry experience gained on multinational audits in the manufacturing, real estate and technology sectors, Seth can thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, where he helps our audit teams successfully deliver on challenging and complex audits.

Senior Manager EBP COE

John is a CPA and seasoned audit leader with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He's led ERISA, SEC, IFRS, and GAAP audits for major clients across public and private sectors. Known for his leadership and high standards, John helps firms raise audit accuracy, efficiency, and consistency, especially under pressure. At Makosi, he brings deep technical expertise and a relentless focus on quality to every EBP engagement.

Senior Manager EBP COE

William is a certified public accountant in the USA in both Nevada and Utah and with over 15 years of experience at small local, top 100, and top 20 CPA firms. He currently specializes entirely in employee benefit plans, including audits and other client services. He has executed large, complex employee benefit plan audits including large 11-K audits and has led the employe benefit plan practice group for a firm with over 130 benefit plan audits. He received both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting from University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is also a CGMA and CFE, with years of experience in litigation, fraud, and forensic accounting projects. He brings sharp technology skills and an analytical mind to help build employee benefit plan practices.

Ajai is a certified public accountant in the USA and a former senior manager with experience at Withum and Calibre CPA Group. He specializes entirely in employee benefit plans, including audits and other client services. He has executed large, complex employee benefit plan audits and brings that extensive experience to Makosi to deliver meaningful results to its clients. Ajai's main passion is teaching and building strong relationships among teams. He is fascinated by technology and gadgets and finding faster ways to do things. He holds an accounting degree from American University in Washington, DC.
