She completed her articles in the retail sector at one of the Big Four Audit Firms where she was a Senior Audit Manager, with 6 years’ experience in various sectors of audit and accounting. Following her time at EY, she worked as a Financial Manager for Organo Gold Africa (SA, Kenya and Nigeria). She started her incredible journey at Makosi in February 2022 as a Senior Audit Consultant. Alla Schay is a seasoned Executive with 28 years of experience in driving operational excellence, profitability, and client advocacy having held senior and strategic roles at Sterling, CT Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alla joined Makosi having spent over 15 years at Sterling where she was a key member of Executive team that grew Sterling from $59M to a $700M+ global leader that went public in 2021. During her tenure Alla served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Client Officer, and most recently as the General Manager. Across all roles held, Alla developed and implemented successful strategies to scale the company for growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
