You have experience with B2B lead generation and account-based marketing focused on building 1:1, 1: few marketing and email nurture campaigns. You have a strong understanding of a B2B buyer's journey, and you're well versed in employing multi-channel marketing tactics to move the buyer through the funnel. Duties

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Create, plan, and execute B2B Account Based Marketing omnichannel nurture campaigns, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts and drive ROI
  • Ideating and executing personalized account-based marketing campaigns in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to drive engagement and opportunities for a subset of target accounts 
  • Define and drive strategy to increase engagement by building integrated top-of-funnel email nurtures, landing page retargeting, lapsed contact re-engagement, and bottom-of-funnel acquisition campaigns
  • Take a data-driven approach to the customization of marketing programs for buyers, creating a vertical-based or other personalized assets/campaigns as needed
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a strong marketing and sales alignment for all our programs from the get-go
  • Collaborate with our brand marketing team to ensure the correct development of tools and materials supporting the messages are used in your programs
  • Work with our marketing manager to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, content syndication, blog, display, web and email) that lead to opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration in our ABM campaigns
  • Manage external agencies, develop campaign themes, creative, and assets as needed
  • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the ABM program.
  • Operate as a core member of the team building a scalable, account-based marketing function in the US.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1+ years experience in high-tech Account Based Marketing
  • 2+ years of general Enterprise Marketing experience
  • Experience in tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase or equivalent ABM tools
  • Strong analytical skills and fanatical obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Able to translate complex strategies and messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Cross-functional experience with integrated marketing programs across partner marketing, field marketing, and sales development orgs
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful, and get-it-done results orientation
