We're seeking a results-driven Talent Fulfillment Specialist with start-up energy, a pragmatic solution driven mindset and with strong work ethic. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to match our top presented industry talent to specific career enhancing client engagement requests.


As part of our talent team, you're charged with driving internal talent acquisition delivery by reviewing and selecting top tier consultants presented by the Talent Specialists and matching and presenting these top profiles to meet the requirements of the various engagement requests from our diverse client base across audit and transaction advisory services.


The ideal candidate is creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both consultants and stakeholders.


This position demands a balance of creativity, drive, and interpersonal savvy that will position you to play a key role in advancing a more accessible, diverse and equitable talent base through our hiring practices.

Duties

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Coordinate, Identify, select and match internally referred top talent with the client engagement requirements
  • Liaise, brief and match top talent to specific client engagements with the aim to achieve and contribute towards quarterly hiring goals
  • Identify and match consultants with potential client opportunities through the internal employee schedule platform in partnership with the Journey Advocate team
  • Communicate effectively with the internal sales team to ensure exceptional client and consultant experience by taking lead on interview preparedness during the interview process
  • Work with the internal talent & sales team members to ensure that we are presenting top talent and industry rockstars
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for our clients by efficiently coordinating the client interview processes
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every consultant throughout the client selection process through impactful interview preparedness guidance and coaching
  • Coordinate and drive a culture of feedback through the Talent Specialists to ensure that all our Consultants receive feedback post all client interviews
  • Coordinate, motivate and work closely with various internal team members to achieve set objectives


Role Requirements:

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting technical talent in an agency or corporate setting with proven ability coach and develop a team
  • Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing experience within the Accounting, Advisory and professional services industry
  • Vast network and knowledge in CA(SA) and related Accounting Industries
  • Experience in building strong customer relationships and acting as a true consultant and advisor to business leaders on recruitment.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to understand clients' business goals, anticipate future needs, and develop solutions
  • Ability to develop relationships, optimize B2C engagement
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences (Managing Partners, HR Leaders, Product Managers, Engineers, Sales)
  • Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) - strong listener who makes people feel understood; can be inspiring and fun while being capable of flexing to different audiences
  • Collaborative team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across teams and structuring approaches to new opportunities
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on his/her feet and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire Client loyalty and adoption
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Consistent track record of highly professional Client service in a fast paced, dynamic environment
