Hi Dream Team

As promised, we have another release that went live this morning and we would like to share all the updates and new functionality with you! This release focused on further integration with our 3rd Party Timesheet Platform called Replicon, which will allow for the opportunity for Internal and TAS Scheduling. We also released a new and exciting Performance Management tool for all internal members that will be tested by the Tech and Innovation team before being distributed to the rest of the Makosi Dream Team.

Below is the following list of Enhancements and New Functionalities scheduled in Release 2.5.1:

Internal Replicon Scheduling:

The Internal Replicon Scheduling feature will allow the user to allocate Internal Staff Projects so that they are able to log time against this project in Replicon. Consultants will be able to add Makosi Internal Projects as an engagement type on their timesheets.

TAS Replicon Scheduling:

The Replicon TAS Scheduling Functionality will allow Makosi Schedulers to seamlessly allocate consultants to client requests. This functionality aims to automate the search for consultants to fulfill client requests through the use of a SmartMatch tool. The SmartMatch tool will allow the Scheduler to input the client requirements (Role, Certification, Industry Experience, Feedback Ratings, Project Statuses, and Availability Dates) and the system will identify consultants that match the given criteria. With this, the Scheduler can then allocate consultants that match the identified criteria to the client requests and the consultant will be moved to the Available Bucket/Status in Luna.

The consultant, client, and request information are also directly linked between Luna and Replicon. Any changes from Luna will be displayed in Replicon. This feature will also ensure that consultants are not allocated outside of their contract dates with specific rules around the SmartMatch allocation to always match contract dates within Luna.

My Rocks Dashboard:

The Rocks Dashboard will allow for the opportunity to manage internal team members' quarterly Rocks and Weekly updates (one on one's). This functionality aims to ensure that a seamless process is followed to capture, review and provide feedback on team members' performances over the span of the quarter. The Weekly Updates are tracked against a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status and will indicate the true state of the team members' performances over a period of time.
