Our first release for Q4 2022 just went live and this one's just in time for Busy Season!

This release focused on the issuing of timesheet warnings based on our Timesheet Policy.

Through this Luna build, our system takes care of the monitoring of warnings against applicant profiles and enables our Timesheet Admin, Finance and HR teams with data so that they can focus on making decisions rather than figuring out the admin.

Below is the following list of Enhancements and New Functionalities scheduled in Release 2.5.3:

Automated Timesheet Warnings:

If the relevant timesheets are not submitted by the consultant before the specified triggers, the warnings will be automatically assigned to the consultant profile. This improves visibility of warnings assigned to a consultant profile and minimize the effort to manually assign a warning to a consultant profile. After each quarter, the warning triggers against a consultant profile will be refreshed to continue the new cycle for the new quarter. The previous warnings will still be captured and saved for reporting purposes. For certain scenarios, the Timesheet Administrators will additionally have the option to manually assign and change warnings against a consultant profile. The consultant will have the opportunity to track their latest Timesheet Warning status from their consultant portal and also view and/or acknowledge Timesheet Warnings that have been issued to them through Luna. All documents issued through Luna will be captured against the consultant's profile and will update accordingly if signed/acknowledged by the consultant.
