When he was 28 Makosi Co-founder and Head of Strategy Paul Emery rode a motorcycle around the world.

While he was riding, he thought about quitting approximately 5,000 times. (And that’s a lowball estimate.) But despite the bad weather, brushes with the law, mental and physical fatigue, and super-noodle overdose, Paul kept going. That’s who he is, once he says he’ll do something, it will happen.

Now, he puts that perseverance to work as a member of the leadership team for Makosi. He doesn’t have to climb any mountains…but he does have to move them. Paul is well-versed in leadership, negotiations, planning and development, relationship management, recruitment, and operations.
